Communication between the contractor and the client is one of the most important parts of the job. During the job, we are available to schedule meetings or just to touch base, all according to your schedule.
We know when you arrive home you are anxious to see all of the progress that was made. It can be very frustrating to find out that no one showed up at your home without even a phone call. Now after a long day at work, you have to make phone calls and leave messages to find out what is going on and wonder if someone will show up tomorrow. This is something we take very seriously. We give you a courtesy call the night before and let you know of any schedule changes, inspections, and deliveries you may be receiving. Informing our clients of scheduling is of most importance to us.
This is a very important part of the job for the client as well as Your Way Contractors. We cover all work area openings with plastic. We use air filter machines outside of the work area to catch any dust that may find its way out of the work area. We keep the interior & exterior of the job site clean. We vacuum the work area at the end of every day. Keeping the job site clean makes the client happy, and if the client is happy I learned that I am happy. We have our own dumpster and are registered with the DEP. This allows us to make frequent trips to the transfer station so as not to have a dumpster sitting at your home for the duration of the job. Not only is it an eyesore sitting in your driveway for weeks at a time, but it can also be dangerous.
